Can I use my gift card at more than one JGroup location?
Yes. JGroup gift cards can be used at any participating location. Any remaining balance can be used on a future visit at the same or another participating JGroup location.
Do I have to use the full balance at once?
No. You can use part of your gift card balance and save the rest for another visit.
I didn't receive my emailed gift card. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, contact us and we can help locate and resend it. When purchasing an emailed gift card, double-check the recipient's email address before completing your order.
I lost my gift card. Can you help?
Yes. Contact us with as much information as possible, including the purchaser's name and email address, recipient's name and email address, and approximate purchase date.
Can I purchase a physical gift card?
JGroup-wide gift cards are only available online as emailed gift certificates.
How can I check my JGroup gift card balance?
You can check your remaining gift card balance online using your gift card number.
